Branch Ordering

Welcome to the Britos Branch order system.

To use this system, you must have a registered account. This account would have been created at head office and the details for the account sent to you. In the details sent, you will find an email address and password. Please use these details to sign-in to the system.

Once signed in, you will be able to browse the current stock holding and place your order. To place an order, please follow these steps:

  1. Sign in to the system.
  2. On the right top hand of the screen is the Order Online link, click on it to start your order.
  3. You will be presented with a list of products. Use the categories displayed on the left-hand side to navigate to desired items. You can also use the search box to search for a specific item using it's description.
  4. Change the quantity select box from 0 to the desired number.  Once done with a certain category click on "Add to cart" (on the right-hand side of the page), if this is not done for each category, your selection will be lost.
  5. Once you have completed all your selections, click on the "cart" icon at the top center of the screen.  This action will open a summary of your order, here you can review your order and check your quantities.
  6. Select delivery date before you checkout.
  7. You may now click on the "Checkout" button, you have now completed your order.


Useful tips:

  • When browsing for products, you can use the "heart" icon to add items to your wish list that you order often. When returning to the website, look for the wishlist link in the top left menu bar.
  • Using your account link, you can also navigate to order history.
  • In the checkout menu, there are "Additional comments", this will be for any instructions or protective clothing sizes.


What happens after an order is placed:

  • Once the order has been submitted, the orders department will be notified via email of your selections. You will also receive a copy of this order email to the registered email account.
  • The order is automatically added to our IQ system and processed ASAP, following standard business procedures.
